I’m Shaz a video producer with experience across broadcast, public sector, higher education and retail. I’ve created content for organisations including the BBC, the NHS, the London School of Economics, the Department for Education and John Lewis.

I began my career in radio production at the BBC before moving into video, and I now handle everything from planning and filming to editing.  My work has ranged from live broadcasts and award-winning internal channels to student engagement campaigns and films featuring senior leaders and ministers.

What I do

Create videos for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn as well as internal communications channels Sharepoint and staff newsletters and platforms. I use performance data to shape what I make, testing formats, titles and thumbnails to see what works. I’ve trained colleagues, managers and student creators in filming and editing, often starting from scratch. I can run workshops or coach your team to create great video in-house.
